headspace Inala provides free, youth-friendly mental health and wellbeing support for young people aged 12–25 years in the local community.
Delivered by Accoras, headspace Inala offers early intervention support in a safe, welcoming environment, helping young people navigate life’s challenges and build confidence, skills and wellbeing.

About the program
headspace Inala is a community-based, primary care mental health service designed to support young people with mild to moderate mental health concerns and those experiencing situational or episodic stress.
The service brings together mental health, physical health, alcohol and other drug support, and work and study assistance in one accessible location, making it easier for young people to get the right support at the right time.
Support focuses on early help, building resilience and encouraging positive help-seeking behaviours before issues become more complex.

How we help
headspace Inala provides evidence-based, youth-friendly support tailored to individual needs. Support may include:

Mental health assessment and short-term therapeutic support

Support to improve emotional wellbeing and coping skills

Physical and sexual health support

Alcohol and other drug support

Work and study assistance

Guidance to connect with other services when needed
The clinical and support team work collaboratively with young people to ensure care feels respectful, accessible and relevant.

Support is delivered at headspace Inala, a welcoming and youth-friendly space designed to feel safe and accessible.
Appointments are available through a range of flexible options to suit different needs.
Eligibility
To access headspace Inala, young people must:

Be aged 12–25 years

Live in or be able to access the Inala and surrounding communities

Be seeking early mental health or wellbeing support
No referral is required.
