Support for young people when life feels overwhelming

Everyone needs a little help sometimes. At headspace Inala, we support young people aged 12 to 25 who may be going through a tough time — whether that’s stress, mental health concerns, relationship challenges, school or work pressures, or just needing someone to talk to.

We provide free, confidential support, right here in the community, in a welcoming and youth-friendly environment.

About the program

headspace Inala is a community-based mental health service offering early intervention support for young people aged 12 to 25. The service brings together a range of professionals in one place, making it easier to access the right support at the right time.

Our focus is on supporting wellbeing early, before challenges become overwhelming, and helping young people build the skills and confidence to manage life’s ups and downs.

headspace Inala is funded by the Australian Government through headspace National Youth Mental Health Foundation.
