Helping your child thrive with early, practical support.
If you’re worried about your child’s emotions, behaviour, or wellbeing, you’re not alone — and early support can make a big difference.
You.nique is a free outreach service supporting children and young people aged 0–18 across South Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
Our team of experienced mental health practitioners specialises in working with children and families at the earliest signs of emotional or mental health challenges.
We meet you where you’re at — literally and emotionally — offering flexible, practical support in your home, school, or community setting.
How We Support You
- Individualised sessions with your child using activities, games, and role-plays to build emotional regulation and resilience
- Family sessions to equip you with skills and strategies to support your child’s wellbeing at home
- Guidance and referrals — if your child needs extra support (like therapy, specialist services, or assessments), we connect you to the right help
- Flexible outreach — we come to you at a time and place that suits your family
Our Focus Is on Positive Outcomes
At You.nique, success looks like:
- Stronger emotional regulation and coping skills for your child
